At Auto Candy, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy for more details:

Cancellation Before Processing/Shipping:

  • Orders can be canceled before they have been processed and/or shipped.
  • A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and any charges incurred by us from credit card companies for processing refunds.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@autocandyfragrance.com with your order details as soon as possible.

Cancellation After Processing/Shipping:

  • Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • In such cases, the terms of our Return & Refund Policy will apply. Please refer to that policy for further instructions.

Invalid Reasons for Cancellation:

Please note that the following reasons for cancellation cannot be honored:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items.
  • Buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere.

Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with Auto Candy to purchase the items in that order.
